Is there something different in your routine? Are you working longer hours? Not taking her on walks? It may just be a sign that she's mad at you.
References :
If your dog is going in your house you need to keep her outside at all times if you bring her in the house at night make sure she goes before she comes in. I've been doing this to my dog ever since I got him. It might work for you.
References :
Sometimes the scent left behind from your dogs earlier accidents will make her think it is ok to continue to do so.
References :
when i dogsat my neighbors dog for like 2 weeks she'd go in the house for the first couple of days just because she was mad at them for leaving. can you think of a reason your dog would be mad at you? if you can't, then it really could be a medical condition.
