Mine do, it really isn’t a problem for the dogs, just a problem for us.

She should be ok, get her a warm doggy coat, but it’s important that she goes outside, even if it is freezing, she needs to learn good habits from the word go. You don’t need to take her far from the house, perhaps just let he out in the garden if you have one. Make sure you get yourself a warm jacket too!

You might have to scoop a spot clear of snow but she will go outside. As the days go by she will get herself acclimated to the weather as you take her our. Don’t change your schedule if it is working.,

If you use any type of snow melt product be sure and clean your pups feet with a wet wash cloth. Some of those products will burn their skin.

she wont mind the cold that much but some dogs wont pee on snow they will dig to get to grass and sometimes when they wont do that they use ur floor instead so to make sure ur dog does his business outdoors in the winter i recommend getting her used to the snow first and walk her till she goes

They learn to go quickly! If you’re house-training a puppy in winter, it would be best to shovel a path and a potty area for her until she gets used to going in the snow.
