when dealing with house training you stick her nose in where see poops and then put her outside i know its gona be hard to live her out there howing but you just have to live with it like 1 hour after u put her out take her for a walk and if she poops when your walking her tell her she is a good dog and pet her and if she poop again repeat until she get it then after about a couple of days (or a month)she will realize that she getting loved and petted when she goes outside and being yelled at when she goes inside
References :
my dog did this two

You can get puppy training pads in Argos and probably most pet shops too. There is a scent off them that attracts the puppy when he wants to relieve himself, the idea is that gradually the pad is moved closer and closer to the door and eventually leave it outside with the door open. Keep using the pad ouotdoors for a while and then remove it and the puppy will come to realise that peeing is an outdoor activity for dogs!
References :
I had a similar problem with my last dog. It is down to patience I think. I used to go out with a ball and I wouldn't throw it until she had performed. Like you I used to be out there for ages. I don;t think sitting out there is helping you need to give her some incentive so she feels she is being rewarded. Obviously make a real fuss when she has done the neccessary. Good Luck
References :
Constant supervision is the key to quality house training. Your puppy simply must have instant, continual feedback about what behaviors are and are not appropriate. If you allow your puppy to roam the house while you pay no attention, and in the process pees on the floor and chews on the couch, he’s just learned that these behaviors are okay. Going back and punishing or scolding your dog after the fact does no good; feedback must be received while the behavior is taking place.
When you are not at home or are unable to supervise your puppy, contain him in an appropriately sized crate, or outdoors with shelter in appropriate weather. The crate should be kept clean and comfortable, and should contain chew toys to relieve boredom. Always reward your puppy for entering the crate, using praise and treats.

Take your puppy outdoors at regular intervals, and reward him with lavish praise and treats when he goes to the bathroom outside. If your dog likes going outside, always stay out with him for a few minutes after he goes to the bathroom. If you rush him indoors after he goes, you are in effect punishing him for going to the bathroom and he may learn to delay going potty in order to gain a longer walk.
