However, yours is so young at 5 weeks old...usually it is recommended they don't go to homes until at least 6 - 8 weeks of age. I would take him to the puppy pad several times a day. If he uses it, praise him with lots and lots of love. If you see him trying to go somewhere other than the puppypad, pick him up asap and just place him on the pad.
