Some times some dogs just like people take a little longer to catch on. have her go out with the other puppy at the same time it goes out and praise the other puppy in front of her right when they poo or pee. I have never used puppy pads because they get used to going inside and if you don’t kill all the smell of where they peed or pooed before they go there again. you might need to get a create to train her in as well.

the easy way is make them sniff it then hit them and put them outside but if you dont wanna hert her do it the other friendly way

Get rid of the pads and buy them crates. When you can’t supervise them they need to be crated so they can’t make mistakes.

Pads are confusing to dogs, you are basically teaching them its ok to eliminate in the house. While some dogs will distinguish between your rug and the pad, many more won’t.

It is also possible that your puppy has a UTI or other medical condition. If your puppy has a medical issue behind her having to go so much, she’ll be impossible to train until that gets cleared up.

**When you see her squat to go tell her NO sharply, scoop her up and take her outside to finish. Praise her when she does.

First, ask yourself if there is any pattern to her soiling in the house.

If there is then you are halfway there.

Otherwise try these techniques.

1) keep in mind that a dog cannot generally hold it for more hours than it is months old - so a two month old dog should not be expected to hold it for more than two hours. This gets a bit looser as they get old - but be sure your expectations are reasonable.

2) Do not give your dog a chance to go in the house at all - you must manage her freedom.

3) When ever she gets up from sleeping - take her out.

4) After she eats take her out.

5) After 15 minutes of play, take her out.

6) Every two hours take her out.

7) Attach her to you by a leash do that you can watch her - interrupt her if she starts to go and take her outside. You will also learn her signals.

See if you can come with a way for her to tell you she needs to go. She seems to approach the door - but for whatever reason the two of you are not communicating. - we have a dog who used to go by the door and nuzzle it - we hung a bell by a string and she learned to ring it when she needed to go.

Dogs are VERY responsive to…..1. Voice commands and 2. Treats. You have used praise and treats, but you need a command, that you use when you want her to go to the bathroom. Try to use as few words as possible. This may take some time, but it usually always works for dogs.

1. Bring the puppy to the door a few hours after feeding her and giving her a lot of water. Set her down on the floor by the door and use the command. We use "Potty" as our command for our puppy. Say it a few times clearly for her to hear.
2. Wait for her to use the bathroom. It won’t take very long if its a few hours after feeding/giving her water. When she does, use the treats and praise her alot.

After a while, she will understand your command, and after a few months, she will likely whine at the door to tell you she wants to go out. Just be VERY CONSISTENT, use the command. She will learn! If she ever goes to the bathroom in the house, tell her NO in a stern voice, and just keep on using the command and treats. Just remember, the voice command and consistency is crucial!!

okay, what you need to do is show your puppy right from wrong. When your puppy pees in the house, show it the pee and say no! in a demanding voice, the push her outside. After a while of doin that, she will get the message that says "pee outside good. Pee inside bad." when she does go outside to pee on her own, say good girl! and give her a treat, and i can see u said that you have been doing that. Just be sure to enforce what needs to be learned. Show her her mistakes and show her how to fix it

As a fellow owner of a dog who was once a puppy that didn’t do the House training thing… I suggest that you crate train. We didn’t want to do it, So after 14 months… and a $350 Bissell Carpet scrubber…We bought a $40 crate at PetSmart three weeks ago. After being extremely consistent she’s completely accident free!!! I suggest investing in a book and the crate.

when you cant watch it put in a crate and as soon as your ready to let her out tell her potty and put her out say a word that indicates the bathroom keep saying it they wont pee in the sleep area the (crate) dont make it too big for the dog either

Aw welcome to the labor of love with a puppy! Some pups r just a bit slow when it comes to house training. My dog was nearly 5 months old b4 he got it down 100%. Just keep doing what your doing. I would suggest stopping the puppy pad thing all together and just take her out to pee. If she messes in the house say NO, and take her out, she will get it, she might just be a slow learner

all dogs are different, ty pickign her up and showing her multiple times where the pad is and setting several f them around the door, also when she does it somewhere else, take her too it place her face close to it and change your tone, be firm and let her knwo this is BAD or a NO!!!!! give treats when she goes on her pads and smile pet her, and talk babish to her, she should be alright in a while just give it time!
