Congrats! There are quite a few good sites. Check these:

http://www.dogstardaily.com/

http://www.clickertraining.com/

http://www.ddfl.org/tips.htm (has the how-tos for obedience training plus lots on problem solving and socialization)

The book Before You Get Your Puppy is a must for any puppy owner. Here is a link for a free download: http://www.jamesandkenneth.com/new_puppy.html

Last, I hate to burst your bubble, but there is no way you will be getting a housebroken puppy. If "potty trained" means the dog knows to use pee pads, that's one thing. But most dogs are not trained to go outdoors, and only outdoors, until they are about one year old.
References :
dog trainer

I like this one (check the source below), Diamonds in the Ruff. I don't always agree with their assessment of Cesar Milan's (aka, the Dog Whisperer's) techniques (they are for very very problematic cases), but this site has a lot of good, positive, simple and clear techniques.

The most important training I would suggest is walking your dog on a regular basis and having a simple routine of walking, feeding and lots of play and upon good results from those two. I also recommend giving your new dog her own den and crate training her, even though your breeder says she will already be housebroken. Finally, please make sure your dog socializes with other people and dogs, even cats if possible on a regular basis.

I really recommend a basic obedience course once your pup has settled down a bit, maybe a year out. I think pups are too distracted and energetic to get much out of formalized training classes too early. Your dog will be trained just by going for walks and having repeated, predictable phrases and reactions to things. most training doesn't involve tricks or treats!
References :
http://www.diamondsintheruff.com/

I'd recommend that you contact a trainer for a good puppy socialization class. That will teach you everything you need to know, plus make sure that your puppy is properly socialized. Contact a trainer from the Association of Pet Dog Trainers:

http://www.APDT.com

Socializing your puppy correctly is essential and can prevent lifelong problems with shy/fearfulness.
References :
am a professional trainer and member of the APDT

The breeder will have the dog potty trained?
How old is this puppy going to be?
I would be wary of any breeder who says the puppy will be house trained (it just isn't possible before a certain age and then it will take re-training in a new environment).
References :
http://www.diamondsintheruff.com/behavior.html

There are LOTS of websites for training. The best thing to do when looking is to use lots of common sense - there is a lot of bad advice out there.

You can start with this website
