Try the pads. You can put the pad on her favorite spot to poop or pea. If she misses put the poop on the pad. Keep that up as difficult and time consuming as it may be. Once you have her using the pad keep moving it closer to the door. After it sits near the door for several days move it just outside the door. Make sure she knows where it is. It is important also to feed and water at regular times during the day. After she eats let her out for a while. You may also find it easier to only let her out on a leash. Immediately after she poops bring her back inside. She will realize this is what you are wanting her to do. If she still comes back and goes inside just put the poop on the pad outside. Let her see you do this. Consistency is the key. Some dogs are harder to potty train than others
References :
You can buy some spray that you can spray in areas you want them to pee in. It smells horrible, like pee, but if they smell it they will think it's ok to pee there because another dog already has. Google some potty training tips.
References :
Yes. Every temper newspaper on the carpet everywhere and see what she does. If she ever does sneak a pee on the carpet, stick her nose in it and say strongly but not loudly "No No'' she may go and pout but she may not want to anger you again. Also, wash your carpets becuase the reason she could be peeing on there is becuase she may have lost her puppy smell and she previously peed on the carpet with the puppy smell. She will not regonize the smell and think it was another dog. So she will mark her territory. Soon put her outside and watch her. It may take an hour but just wait for her to go pee. After she pees praise her and give her a treat!

DO NOT USE PUPPY PADS! they are unhealthy and disgusting
References :
I just got a puppy and I have potty trianed my other dogs! Happy to help!
